The future of education is here and we are eager to work alongside those who want to make a positive impact and inspire change in the world around them.
We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of education in the US market. This role will support strategic initiatives across all of our business units, including exam preparation and support for university partners operating online degrees and programs.
The Strategy Analyst is an individual contributor whose work must be anchored in market research, rigorous data analysis, and business modeling. They should also be able to conduct structured analysis to identify patterns and trends, meaningfully interpret the data, and create relevant visualizations of it. In addition, the Strategy Analyst should know how to create sophisticated business models with clear assumptions and formatting. This includes knowledge of intelligence tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and data sources commonly used in the education sector. Finally, they should have the capacity, in partnership with leadership, to develop the skills (over 12-24 month) to start generating high-level insights, articulating compelling narratives, and presenting to senior leaders.
The Strategy Analyst will support key work of the Strategy team, including M&A, Strategic Planning, new business development, go-to-market strategies, program portfolio recommendations for our university partners, operational efficiency improvements, and innovation, amongst others.
Our team operates globally and has a flat hierarchy. The culture is direct, open, and supportive, with a high focus on personal growth and development. Everyone is expected to speak up and voice their opinions regardless of their job level.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze trends in the higher education market, including enrollment patterns, funding models, digital learning adoption, and institutional strategy.

AI: knowledge and prior use of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel AI, Power BI Copilot) to support research, analysis, and reporting, as well as a willingness and curiosity to explore and learn new and emerging tools.
Attention to detail: given the high-stakes nature of our team’s work, accuracy is non-negotiable. Small misses can have outsized impacts when it comes to strategic recommendations or data interpretation.
Ownership: the Strategy Analyst needs to progressively take end-to-end accountability for their workstreams, proactively identifying gaps and driving progress without waiting for direction at every step.
