What success looks like in this role:

Campus / Early Career
• Works cross-functionally to define, structure and implement customized intern / co-op and related processes within specified business areas.
• Leverages university relationships in US&C, EMEA and LACR regions to ensure ongoing Unisys brand visibility and to facilitate the identification and evaluation of high-potential candidates.
• Strives to develop working relationships with key educational staff (i.e., professors) in addition to placement center staff.
• Works with educational and placement center staff to proactively identify students with the academic background and work ethic that’s right for Unisys.
• Develops and fosters long-term relationships with key campus stakeholders in US&C, EMEA and LACR.
• Works with the universities on student registration, campus recruitment scheduling/ assessment drives.
• Works with the stakeholder for any pre-onboarding and post-onboarding training support.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
