We’re a global, multi-disciplinary team that’s putting the innovative power of technology to work and transforming tomorrow. At HARMAN Automotive, we give you the keys to fast-track your career.

About the Role

The HARMAN People Enablement team is seeking a Workday  Analyst to own, operate, and continuously evolve our global Workday HCM ecosystem, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting. In this role  you will play a critical part in driving platform excellence, scalability, and compliance, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact initiatives that support HARMAN’s global growth.

  • Drive the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities related to HR Service Management and Employee Center, including evaluation and enablement of AI-driven features.
  • Partner with People, Places, IT, and HR leadership to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, system interdependencies, and process gaps, recommending technical and procedural improvements to meet business objectives.
  • Support multi-quarter HR technology roadmaps, contributing to best practices, documentation, onboarding, and mentoring of team members.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery impacts to HRIS leadership and project sponsors.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define test strategies, scenarios, and scripts, and execute system and end-to-end testing in preparation for UAT.
  • Support and manage Workday bi-annual releases, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and communication.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow UX capabilities, including Employee Center, mobile experience, and familiarity with AI-enabled features such as Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and automation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business process frameworks, data flows, integrations, and global compliance requirements.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, distinguishing true requirements from user requests.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering high-impact HR technology initiatives, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, and end users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
