Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately driving strategic initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scala.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
