Detailed Job Description

Development of mobile apps using Android tool kit as per specifications and designs. Understand how the applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them. Performing unit testing and preparing relevant documentation. Ensure on time delivery and high quality. Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies

• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution at code level
• Design and develop Android mobile applications.
• Build and publish applications in app stores.
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to Development Leads to produce accurate delivery estimates
• Performing unit testing of developed applications, deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Provide assistance to required teams as needed to resolve system problems

• Adherence to allocated departmental processes

• Thorough understanding of Android SDK, Native development & different versions of Android
• Hands on experience in Android UI, JSON, OAuth, Social Sharing and Email Integration, GPS/Google API, Groovy and SQLite 3
• Experience in Web & REST services
• Knowledge on any source code version control tool
