As an Animator, you will be a key member of our Digital Banking team, responsible for creating visually appealing and immersive animations that enhance the user experience on our Kotak 811 platform. Your work will play a crucial role in making our digital banking services more accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, developers, and product managers to bring your creative vision to life and contribute to the overall success of our digital banking initiative.

• Design and create animations for the Kotak 811 digital banking platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand the creative vision and translate it into animated elements.
• Work closely with developers to implement animations within the platform's interface, ensuring technical compatibility and performance.
• Create storyboards and concept art to visualize animation ideas and present them to the team for feedback and approval.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and testing of animations to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the brand's guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate estimates for animation projects, considering the scope, complexity, and resources required.
• Mentor and guide junior animators, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Attend team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and workshops to contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the digital banking platform.

• A bachelor's degree in animation, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive animations.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the animation industry, including motion graphics and 3D animation.
• Experience in financial services or banking industry is an asset but not mandatory.
