Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate design concepts. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the application design is implemented effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Must have Development will be in K6 with Javascript. - Must have Candidate should be ready to learn, develop and execute K6 scripts - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance metrics. - Familiarity with agile development practices and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
