Summary: The QA Automation Lead will oversee the quality assurance strategy for application testing, focusing on test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and test coverage across platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in automation scripting, tools like Selenium or Cypress, and managing QA teams to ensure product reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms. - Lead the development and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and testing coverage. - Track defects and performance issues; ensure root cause analysis and resolution. - Mentor QA engineers and build a high-performing automation testing team. - Drive test coverage, scalability, and performance across test suites and environments. - Report QA metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
