Seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with strong experience in Telecom Service Order Management and hands-on expertise in BPMN tools such as Flowable or Camunda. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of service orchestration and order fulfillment systems for telecom service providers. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend systems for telecom service order management and orchestration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for order lifecycle processes. • Implement business process models using BPMN tools like Camunda or Flowable. • Integrate BPMN workflows with OSS/BSS systems and external APIs. • Optimize and troubleshoot BPMN processes and ensure their scalability and reliability. • Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and performance. • Document technical solutions and support system deployments. • Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
