Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities - Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of integration techniques with external systems - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A minimum of 15 years of fulltime education is required
