Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Database Architecture, you will contribute to the development of innovative and efficient applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Database Architecture - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases - Knowledge of database security and data integrity - Experience with database migration and upgrade processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Database Architecture - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BE Graduates is required
