As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. You will also be responsible for overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of application development are executed efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
