1.    The responsibilities include understanding of the operations requirement of "Quintile", a tool used by the team which supports projects from multiple clients 
2.    2 to 3 years of experience
3.    Skills required for this role are Excel, PPT, Access, SQL, Pharma Market Understanding 
4.    Candidate should be with Pharmacy background 
5.    Very good in communication skills 
6.    Update metrics & trackers on timely basis and share the same with leadership 
7.    Take up mandatory trainings, undergo certifications if necessary & offer tech support
8.    Take part in team events & offer assistance to organize the events
9.    Good knowledge on Japanese language and good work culture in Japan.
