Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools related to Red Hat environments.
- Strong knowledge of Linux-based operating system architecture and command-line utilities.
- Ability to manage and configure system services, user permissions, and security settings.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of network protocols and their impact on system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
