Job Summary
As an Application Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise financial crime and compliance systems. You will work closely with cross functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring the stability and performance of business critical OFSAA FCCM applications.
This role requires a techno functional mindset, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team discussions and solution design.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Perform independently and progressively establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OFSAA FCCM modules
Actively participate in team discussions, design reviews, and solution brainstorming sessions
Analyze application issues and contribute effective, sustainable solutions to work related problems
Support end to end application implementation, maintenance, and enhancement activities
Assist in defining and implementing best practices for application support and delivery
Document solutions, configurations, and operational procedures clearly and accurately
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members on troubleshooting and functional concepts
Ensure proactive system monitoring and continuous improvement of application performance


Professional & Technical Skills
Mandatory Skills


Hands on experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in implementing OFSAA FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) suite, including:

Anti Money Laundering (AML)
Customer Screening (CS)
Know Your Customer (KYC)
Transaction Monitoring & Filtering
Enterprise Case Management (ECM)
FATCA Management
FCC Studio

Provide functional delivery support, including:

Requirement gathering and mapping
Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation
Configuration and customization
Testing and rollout support

Experience working in Agile / Water Scrum Fall development methodologies


Support testing phases including:

System Testing
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Production support
Ensure quick turnaround for defect analysis and resolution across environments


Additional Information

Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in OFSAA FCCM applications is required
Role is primarily based out of Bengaluru, with flexibility on location where applicable
Candidates must meet the 15 years of full-time education requirement
