Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to enhancing system reliability and efficiency, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring strategies to enhance system performance. - Document and communicate findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Event Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with incident management processes and tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
