Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of software applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to work with various software components and understand their interactions within complex systems.
