Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Python, Node.js, Java, RPA & DevOps
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and Java, along with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and deploying scalable applications and process workflows across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, and Java.
Build and deploy RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes through RPA and scripting.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and automate deployment workflows using DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, etc.).
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and resolve system incidents proactively.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
Ensure high code quality, security, scalability, and performance in production environments.
Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript (Node.js).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integration.
Experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
Experience with DevOps practices including version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in RPA tools, Cloud platforms, or DevOps practices.
Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.
Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
Experience: 3–8 years (flexible as per need)
