Provide technical support to resolve customer IT requests and issues. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up. Log requests and issues and perform defined procedures to resolve them. Monitor systems and trends to prevent incidents, problems, and errors. Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Responsible Robotics & Automation. Expert proficiency in Accenture Robotics Platform. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Issue Management. Beginner proficiency in Quality Management. Intermediate proficiency in Application Quality Analysis.
