Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role is committed to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure seamless operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and translates them into effective solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
- Assist in documenting client issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge base resources.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365 to safeguard organizational data.
- Ability to automate routine tasks and streamline processes using Microsoft PowerShell scripting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
