Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support, accurately define client issues, and design effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications. - Experience with system integration and troubleshooting. - Ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
