Project Role : Application Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Unified Communications Engineer Summary The Unified Communications (UC) Engineer is responsible for administration and support for voice, video, data communication systems and services including telephony, collaboration systems, video conferencing. The engineer will provide Level 2 Support and Level 3 Support and management services in relation to the logging and monitoring and management of unified communication devices. Ideal Candidate Profile: -Set up installs, maintains, upgrades of Video and Teleconferencing devices - coordinate testing, implementation, and documentation of unified communication solution Primary Skill: -Good Knowledge in managing CISCO Webex devices & Teleconferencing tools - Must possess good technical understanding of UCM Secondary Skill: Good to have knowledge in LAN and WAN Responsibilities: Day to Day Responsibilities -manage video conference room codecs - troubleshoot any issues related to codec join, audio quality, and video quality -configure and parameterize unified communications voice and video systems and equipment -coordinate and support the installation of new unified communication equipment such as any voice conferencing device, handheld phone, unified communication server, and other relevant devices through the relevant Third Parties -perform operational change management activities for voice and video services in the production environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Unified communications A 15 years full time education is required. Excellent written and verbal communication Self-Driven & Punctual Flexible to work in 24x7 shift This position is based at our Bengaluru office. (Preference)
