Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with API management and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
