Level: Supervisory 

Purpose of the role: 

• The position has been created to enable clear focus on Sourcing of customers as per company norms and process as well ensure branch’s profitability and branch portfolio is maintained in the Area at a High quality Level  
• The position is created to handle end to end process for the area and to handle 8 to 10 branches to handle sale/Credit & Collection

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a profit Area Head for the branched in the Area
• Manage the Branch’s in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the cluster
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity 
• Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
•  Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch
• Monitor ,manage & track manpower capacity plan
• Develop more channels for sourcing business in UCV penetration by building strong relationship with DSE/Dealership
• PDD tracking for loan disbursed
• Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity  
•  Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments

Desired Experience:

• Number of years of experience (10-15 Years )
• Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale s& Collection     side of CV.)
• Languages (Hindi/English)
• Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)

Qualifications:

• Graduation: (Any Stream)
• Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred)
• Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above
• Certifications (please specify):If any would be an added advantage
