Basic Qualifications

• Strong experience in modern UI technologies including React, Redux, JavaScript, Webpack, CSS, and HTML, with at least 3+ years experience working in these technologies.
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimizations 
• Demonstrated ability to create/contribute to large complex projects
• Experience in frontend code refactoring and technical debt resolution
• Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns and demonstrated ability to enforce them
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate effectively within a cross-regional team environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and innovation
