Should have very good experience in Civil finishing work like various types of flooring, cladding, wall finishing, interior and external painting, interior decorative works, fittings and fixtures, wooden works, doors and windows Facade works for high rise residential & commercial buildings in real estate. Should have very good subject knowledge and able to prepare job work procedures , method statements and having capability to lead the work force and team to drive for the Zero snag and deliver best product quality., first time right, showcasing the product as excellence . Ability to add values in engineering and architectural work .

Project need a very good experience senior civil finishing staff to lead the project team for entire finishing work for timely completion with desired quality standard and zero snag for obtaining OC on time.
