Key responsibilities: Some of the key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to: • Working with hiring managers for ensuring all hiring happen on time, and right recruitment practices and processes are created and followed • Creating delightful employee experience through every HR initiative and intervention including employee induction, training & skill/competence development, rewards and recognition, performance management to name a few • Coach, counsel and guide business leaders on HR policies and practices • Managing employee compensation and benefits on an annual and on an ongoing basis. Guide business leaders on right compensation practices • Creating and implementing HR policies and processes • Manage employee communication • Work on various HR reports and analytics • Managing day to day HR operations and working on them hands on Skills, Experience and who you are: You have: • 3-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Generalist supporting 50+ employees’ organization • Experience working with department heads / senior leaders and guiding them on people issues • Experience in non-IT hiring • Experience in employee onboarding and induction and HR operations Aside above points, some critical traits and values candidate is expected to have includes: • As a person you are passionate and driven about HR as a profession/function and building a great organization with best people practices • You have high level of energy, are positive, approachable, friendly, humble and willing to learn • You are self-driven (don’t waiting for instructions), take initiatives and have high degree of ownership • You have excellent spoken and written English language communication ability and can communicate with confidence across levels.
