Capability development and management
•Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the team's proposal writing capabilities.•Support the pursuits capability with operational and reporting areas by working with internal ops teams to gather necessary information, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Team leadership and management
•Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of proposal writers, content curators, and technology enablers.•Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to team members to ensure project objectives are met.•Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Project and resource management
•Coordinate with the onshore resourcing team to allocate resources effectively and manage project requests.•Oversee multiple proposal opportunities and ensure timely and high-quality outputs.•Develop and update standard decks to be utilized in future presentations, RFx responses, pitchbooks, and capability decks.•Source and analyze information from internal sources, core teams, portals, etc., and produce high-quality outputs using standard templates.•Set up and maintain a repository of recent client presentations, RFI/RFP responses, marketing collateral, and other relevant documents.Customer centricity and innovation
•Maintain a relentless focus on customer centricity and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.•Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and simplify complex business problems.•Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.Educational qualifications
•BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.Work experience
•8-10 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ Proposal Writing within key technology companies.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Prior experience in people management is preferred•Should have intermediate or advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and basic level MS Excel concepts•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)•Passionate about delivering excellent quality service•High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network•Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and working in a team, excellent relationship development skills•Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalitiesPreferred technical & functional skills
