Roles & responsibilities
•Assume the responsibility of Communications Lead for the business. Conceptualize, develop and execute end-to-end internal communication strategies, programs and campaigns•Work with leadership to understand business priorities and define the role communications will play in implementing these•Leverage effective writing skills to develop communication to enable business priorities including culture, colleague engagement and employer brand initiatives•Create comprehensive, integrated go-to-market kits to enable business growth and employer branding•Enable effective leadership communication within the business: identify and assume the voice of key leaders to create strategic messaging on business and people initiatives•Supervise creative delivery (content and design) across a range of collateral including the Microsoft and Adobe suites•Mentor and manage the team of designers•Own key people and business events, end to end from concept to execution•Provide thought leadership by understanding industry trends, and implementing best practices•Drive Gen AI adoption for the communications team•Build processes and touch points to standardize communication across locations•Operate as a brand custodian, advocating the right usage of the KPMG brand in all internal and external communication
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature is preferredWork experience
•10-14 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communications and branding•Experience in Professional Services or Consulting Services space will be an added advantage•A solutions-oriented communications expert who has extensive experience in working with leadership teams to craft and execute effective communications strategies
