Roles & responsibilities

Assume the responsibility of Communications Lead for the business. Conceptualize, develop and execute end-to-end internal communication strategies, programs and campaignsWork with leadership to understand business priorities and define the role communications will play in implementing theseLeverage effective writing skills to develop communication to enable business priorities including culture, colleague engagement and employer brand initiativesCreate comprehensive, integrated go-to-market kits to enable business growth and employer brandingEnable effective leadership communication within the business: identify and assume the voice of key leaders to create strategic messaging on business and people initiativesSupervise creative delivery (content and design) across a range of collateral including the Microsoft and Adobe suitesMentor and manage the team of designersOwn key people and business events, end to end from concept to executionProvide thought leadership by understanding industry trends, and implementing best practicesDrive Gen AI adoption for the communications teamBuild processes and touch points to standardize communication across locationsOperate as a brand custodian, advocating the right usage of the KPMG brand in all internal and external communication


 

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature is preferred 

Work experience

10-14 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communications and brandingExperience in Professional Services or Consulting Services space will be an added advantageA solutions-oriented communications expert who has extensive experience in working with leadership teams to craft and execute effective communications strategies
