Roles & responsibilities

Create and regularly update a repository of recent client presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and marketing collateral.Create and maintain Q/A database based on information provided.Apply sound project management principles and techniques to the management of the proposal, overseeing all stages from initiation, planning, kick-off, content development, response consolidation, to color reviews, and post-submission presentations.Establish the document structure in accordance with the RFP/proposal requirement, coordinating with senior team members for approval.Source, collate, and analyze relevant information from internal resources like core teams, portals, etc., and produce high-quality outputs using standard templates in a timely manner.Ensure the development of professional and appealing presentations or proposals within stipulated timelines by working with various team members and specialists.Maintain a relentless focus on customer-centric solutions and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and simplify complex business problems.Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential automation to minimize manual efforts and enhance efficiency.

Team leadership and management

Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of proposal writers and content curators.Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to team members to ensure project objectives are met.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Educational qualifications

BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.

Work experience

8-10 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ Proposal Writing/ Content/ Knowledge Management within key technology companies.  

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Prior experience in people management is preferredShould have advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and basic level MS Excel conceptsExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Passionate about delivering excellent quality serviceHigh consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG networkExhibit strong interpersonal skills and working in a team, excellent relationship development skillsFlexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities.
