Senior Full Stack Software Developer - AI & Machine Learning

Assistant Manager

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Full Stack Software Developer to join our pioneering KDN AI. This role is crucial for developing and deploying advanced AI solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into artificial intelligence goals and modeling approaches
2. Conduct hands-on prototyping with GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and various ecosystem vendors and platforms, documenting technical specifications and results; rapidly iterate models and results to refine and validate approach across different areas
3. Build ingestion processes to prepare, extract, or enrich a variety of structured and unstructured data sources while performing exploratory data analysis, generating, and testing working hypotheses. Create and leverage realistic synthetic data as needed to meet business goals
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement scalable, secure, and reliable AI solution prototypes using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies
5. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with both virtual and face-to-face interactions utilizing structured approaches to solving problems, managing risks, documenting assumptions, and communicating results
6. Use AI accelerators to speed prototype build, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Lovable
7. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in science or engineering field

Work experience

•Minimum six years of recent professional experience in data, machine learning, and AI solution development 

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Ability to apply artificial intelligence techniques to achieve concrete business goals; ability to work with the business to understand available resources and constraints around data•Strong knowledge of AI technologies and methodologies, with hands-on experience designing and implementing AI experiments and solutions; experience in model training/tuning and performance evaluations is preferred•Deep experience in building solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers like Azure OpenAI and Google Cloud, modern AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), and advanced RAG pipelines 

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) certification strongly preferred
