Assistant Manager
We are recruiting for Assistant Manager in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will include:
•Support the annual ABAC Self Assessment by-Developing and maintaining a remediation tracker and coordinating with stakeholders (KPMG internal groups) to monitor progress and to ensure timely remediation of all identified observations-Assisting in gathering required documentation and reports from other teams to complete assessment-Analyzing gathered documents to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements-Appropriately escalating where issues are identified and/or deadlines are not met••Assist with the update of Regulatory Alignment tracker by-Actively monitoring remediation plans and validating progress with the stakeholders to ensure timely and effective compliance-Gathering documentation to evidence progress and remediation efforts-Analyzing documentation to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements-Appropriately escalating where issues are identified and/or deadlines are not met••Perform due diligence reviews for existing and new high risk ABAC client engagements-When triggered by Business’ responses in the Client & Engagement Acceptance Continuance (CEAC) tool, conduct a review and analysis of the responses to the ABAC questionnaire to identify and mitigate bribery and corruption risks-When needed, schedule meetings with respective Risk Management reviewer and Business to advise on their engagement with a high ABAC risk client-Document mitigation of Business risk activity and/or risk acceptance•Perform due diligence reviews for existing and new high risk ABAC supplier engagements-When triggered by Business’ responses in the OneTrust tool, review and analyze supplier’s responses to ABAC questionnaire, to identify and mitigate bribery and corruption risks-Monitor progress and track remediation of all identified issues during due diligence within Issues Management portal in OneTrust to ensure timely resolution•Maintain and monitor list of all controls that mitigate bribery and corruption risk-Quarterly, check-in with Control Owners to ensure controls are operating effectively and analyze sample data for confirmation-Assist Risk and Control Evaluation and Remediation (RACER) team with Control Owners’ annual attestation to control effectiveness•Upon request from Business, CORE, or OGC, complete and respond to client due diligence questionnaires, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely responses.-Respond to all requests in a timely manner and document all responses •Assist in developing ABAC training materials for Business leads who engage with foreign public officials, ensuring content aligns with ABAC requirements and risk mitigation guidance.We are recruiting for Assistant Manager in the Quality and Risk Management team. •Qualifications: Graduate or a post graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 instituteWork experience
•Postgraduate with 7+ year of experience and for graduate with additional 3 years of experience.Preferred technical & functional skills
•Beginner to mid-level understanding of ABAC concepts•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Familiarity with AI tools and agents•Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values•Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated•Ability to follow instructions clearly and demonstrate attention to detail•Strong commitment, multi-tasking, and strong work ethics•Self-motivated to prepare high quality work first time•Receptive to constructive feedback•Individuals must be professional, excellent communication skills - verbal and written•Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environmentExperience Level
