We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Data & AI Learning Solutions

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Data & AI learning content team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

2. Oversee the design and development of both live (LVC) and self-paced (OSL, e-learning) learning solutions.

3. Provide technical leadership on Python, ML/DL models, NLP, and Generative AI (e.g., GPTs, LLMs).

4. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define learning outcomes and content strategy.

5. Review course materials for accuracy, relevance, and instructional soundness.

6. Manage multiple projects, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

7. Drive team up skilling initiatives and stay current with tech and edtech trends.

What We’re Looking For:

* 6+ years of experience in Data Science or AI, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial capacity.

* Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, NLP tools, and GPT-based models.

* Experience creating engaging technical content for diverse learner audiences.

* Proven team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities.

* Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning methodologies (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

-Certifications in Data Science, AI, or related fields.

-Experience in edtech or academic partnerships.

-Knowledge of AI-powered and adaptive learning tools
