Job Title: Assistant Manager, Inclusiveness Office
About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative, organized, and relationship driven professional to manage engagement through our CEGs (Community Engagement Groups) and lead stakeholder engagement across the Inclusiveness agenda. This role will also drive flagship inclusion programmes—such as the Inclusion Challenge, multi generational conversations, and Women in Tech initiatives—strengthening community-building and enhancing employee experience.
You will partner closely with internal teams, external vendors, and employee networks to deliver meaningful, high impact programmes aligned to our global Inclusiveness for everyone strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Families Network and Menopause CEG
- Lead the end to end strategy, planning, and execution of the CEGs.
- Design annual engagement calendars, campaigns, learning sessions, and communications for the networks.
- Build resources, toolkits, and support systems that enhance experience and inclusion through the networks.
- Facilitate engagement forums, listening sessions, and community building initiatives.
Flagship DE&I Programmes
- Drive the organisation-wide Inclusion Challenge—from planning and communications to execution and impact reporting.
- Lead programmes that strengthen multi generational inclusion, enabling open dialogue, shared learning, and inter generational collaboration.
- Run Women in Tech initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners, focusing on capability-building, visibility, mentorship, and community engagement.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Work the internal teams to identify, onboard, and manage vendors for delivery of DE&I programs.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Risk to ensure seamless contracting, compliance, budgeting, and governance.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, bringing innovation, thought leadership, and high quality programs to the Inclusiveness agenda.
- Monitor vendor performance, track agreed metrics, and support renewals or transitions as needed.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with other Talent functions, BMC, Inclusiveness Council and employee networks.
- Serve as a key liaison for leadership updates, GDS location champions and global DE&I forums.
- Develop clear, compelling communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Support insights gathering, reporting, and impact measurement for our CEGs and flagship programs.
