Roles & responsibilities

•We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the Design, Development,and implementation of robust, scalable web applications.•The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack and modern front-end frameworks, coupled with proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of developers.•This role demands a blend of strong architectural skills, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to leverage emerging AI development tools like Git  Copilot to enhance team productivity and code quality.•Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications using the .NET Core framework.•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.•Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
         •Perform hands-on development using ASP.NET Core Web APIs, C# .NET, Entity Framework Core, Vue.js, and Bootstrap.•Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.•Optimize application performance, scalability, and security, identifying and managing technical debt.•Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployments.

•Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI development tools (e.g., Git Copilot) to improve development workflows and productivity.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Expertise in ASP.NET Core Web APIs, C# .NET, .NET Core/.NET 8+, and Entity Framework Core.•Proficiency in front-end technologies, including Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Bootstrap.•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

Preferred technical &
functional skills

•Experience with Azure cloud platforms and microservices architecture.•Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.•Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,  Information Technology or Equivalent.•Microsoft Certifications in Azure, Architect, Developer would be a Plus  

Work experience

•Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on C# and the .NET ecosystem and Azure Cloud.•Strong experience with database systems like Microsoft SQL Server including database design, optimization, and writing complex queries/stored procedures.•Proven experience with strong Technical and Architectural abilities.•Familiarity with source control management systems, specifically Git, and experience leveraging AI coding assistants like Git Copilot.•Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and architectural patterns.
