Inviting applications for the role Management Trainee /Assistant Manager / Manager – Customer Relations , Pipeline and Proposals
The Renewal Support Specialist reports to a Renewal Proposal Supervisor and is part of a team supporting client’s renewals customers. This role delivers timely, accurate, and compliant renewal quotations by validating scope, applying contract language, managing billing terms, and coordinating across Sales, Legal, Finance, and partner representatives. Specialists at this level own renewal opportunities end-to-end—from data validation through customer delivery—while sharing best practices and identifying workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
• Analyse contract details and validate terms with the customer by comparing asset lists from sellers to partner install-base reports, confirming quantities, service dates, and program compliance before issuing quotes.
• Engage with customers, as needed, for questions regarding quote details, renewal programming, and other renewal support-related areas.
• Apply approved legal language to contracts by reviewing partner program rules against customer requirements and recommending standard or revised clauses for supervisor or Legal approval.
• Define downstream dependency rules for revenue recognition, tax, and commissions when notified of end-of-service or discontinued products and reconcile renewal quotes with comparable replacement SKUs.
• Resolve internal and external quoting issues by raising partner-portal cases for entitlement or tool errors and navigating system or process delays, keeping stakeholders informed until closure.
• Support partner/vendor contract management by assisting the contracts team in verifying the accuracy of Statements of Engagement (SOE) or Statements of Work (SOW) tied to renewal quotes.
• Manage standard terms and billing schedules by reviewing contract schedules, adjusting billing dates, co-term details, and renewal frequencies, and documenting changes for Finance and downstream systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting recurring pain points and proposing process or automation enhancements.
• Engage in professional development through partner webinars, renewal-process training, and shadowing senior specialists to deepen product, program, and contract knowledge.
• Achieve or exceed KPIs for turnaround time, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support ongoing reporting on renewal status and key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Applies advanced skills to solve atypical problems and handle a variety of support scenarios.

• Communicates complex or technical information clearly.
