Role: Assistant Manager-Sourcing

 

Professional Experience:

 

Should have 8 to 11 years of experience in souring in reputed companies / MNC.
Should have exposure on strategic sourcing process.
Should know the sourcing process in following areas.
Supplier Onboarding
RFQ and Negotiations.
Knowledge of foundry, Forgings.
Knowledge of machining critical components, GDT in metrology
Cost management.
On time Delivery.
Compliance requirements in sourcing.
Vendor development process.

 

Education:

 

Should be a Graduate mechanical Engineer with Post graduate degree.

 

Soft Skills:

 

Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
Documentation and records maintenance.
Basic data analytics for sourcing.

 

SAP Expertise:

 

Complete knowledge of MM modules in sourcing.
Process improvements in sourcing in SAP as a user.

 

Personality:

 

Good communicator
Fluent in written, spoken, communications in local and English language.
Solution providing approach with objectivity in mind.
Should motivate and develop team members
Good in giving feedback.
Experienced in people management.
