Assistant Manager - Workday Learning Lead
The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy, and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.
Roles & Responsibilities: Learning Functional Consultant
As a Workday Functional Learning Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
- Support the Learning work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Configure and test the Workday system.
- Understand and apply Workday and KPMG methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
Must-Have Certifications
- Workday HCM Core
- Workday Learning Core
Experience & Background
- BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
- Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in IT
- Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
- Has completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM and Learning Module consultant
Required Skills/Experience:
- Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Ox.
- Must have Reporting experience
- Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Learning for global rollouts
- Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience/Certification on EM / PM, Compensation, Benefits is an added advantage
- Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
- Possess knowledge of localization and legal requirements in NA and UK.
- Candidate should have an experience in leading the design sessions or workshops to bring in the best practices and suggesting work arounds for non-compliance requirements
