Assistant Manager - Workday Recruiting Lead

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: Recruiting Functional Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies
  • Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
  • Provide domain expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas

 

Must-Have Certifications

  • Workday Recruiting Core certification is required.

Experience & Background 

  • BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
  • Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in IT.
  • Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
  • Has completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Recruiting Core Module consultant

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
  • Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
  • Strong communication skill for interactions with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts .
  • Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience/Certification on EM / PM, Talent and Learning is an added advantage.
  • Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
  • Process knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems would be advantageous.
  • Candidate should have an experience in leading the design sessions or workshops to bring in the best practices and suggesting work arounds for non-compliance requirements.
