Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Generative AI Delivery Leader 
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technology Leader to spearhead AI-led innovation and engage in strategic technology discussions with senior executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO). This role requires a visionary leader who can define enterprise AI strategy, influence key stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
As part of this role, you will:
·    Lead the delivery of AI/GenAI projects by aligning client needs with our solutions and offerings.
·    Engage with customers to understand requirements, craft compelling solution narratives, and demonstrate business impact.
·    Conduct demos, address technical queries, and position AI-driven solutions effectively.
·    Proactively solve complex technical challenges for clients, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology leadership, client engagement, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
·    Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO) to shape AI and technology transformation strategies. 
·    Develop and drive Data/ AI/ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation priorities. 
·    Represent the organization at industry forums, executive briefings, and key customer engagements. 
·    Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate vision into executable initiatives. 
·    Identify AI-driven growth opportunities and drive executive buy-in for pilot and scale initiatives. 
·    Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of AI strategists, architects, and engineers. 
·    Lead enterprise education on AI ethics, governance, and responsible for AI deployment. 
·    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and deliver actionable solution strategies.
·    Support our effort to respond to clients' Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of our products and offerings. Prepare comprehensive and compelling responses that address the specific requirements outlined in the RFPs/RFIs, showcasing how our solutions can meet the client's needs.
·    Utilize your technical expertise and understanding of our products and solutions to estimate the effort required for implementing and delivering customized solutions to clients. 
·    Actively participate in the sales cycle, helping to close deals by demonstrating the value of the proposed solutions.
·    Foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation to drive differentiation in the market.
·    Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
·    Strong Technologist with a background in End-to-End Solutioning/Architecting experience in AI/ML, Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions
·    Hands-on leadership in AI/ML initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and Conversational AI. 
·    Experience in any one of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
·    Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments. 
·    Strong understanding of complex data engineering, data management, Analytics and cloud migration/modernization initiatives.
·    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.
·    Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, solution architecture, and design principles.
·    Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·    Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development teams.
·    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Experience in executive-level advisory roles, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
·    Public speaking experience at conferences, webinars, or industry forums. 
·    MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.
