Associate 1 AMDC - FTS

Roles & responsibilities

•The Associate 1 will be predominantly responsible to - •Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge •Understand audit procedures performed by GDC •Familiarize with audit documentation tool –eAudIT •Familiarize with audit tools/applications used (IDEA, WISDOM,CASEWARE, MS Office) •Efficient and effective performance of audit procedures within the time provided with Quality •Nominate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas •Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills

Participate in / lead team and group activities  

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Audit and accounting knowledge •Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. •Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Attention to detail and quality consciousness •Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change •Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekends •Should be open to travel to US on short- and long-term assignments

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

•Willingness and capability to deliver under tight deadlines •Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)

Educational qualifications (Anyone of the below listed would be considered)

•Post-graduate in finance and accounting (MBA Finance/M.Com) with 0-2 years relevant experience •Graduate and CA Final - 1 group passed (Article ship completed preferred) •Graduate and pursuing CPA (Min 2 papers passed)
