Senior Technical Lead - PTC PLM

Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in PTC PLM, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology across complex projects. Your expertise will provide essential technical guidance to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role is instrumental in enhancing team capabilities, optimizing performance, and driving adherence to best practices and coding standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Defining And Implementing Ptc Plm Best Practices, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities, And Increasing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Coding Standards To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Ptc Plm Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Technical Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, Identifying Risks, And Contributing To Project Estimation And Breakdown Into Components.
4. Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Ptc Plm And Its Application In Complex Project Environments.
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Processes And Performance Optimization Techniques.
4. Familiarity With Project Management Principles And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.Certification
1. Relevant Ptc Plm Certifications Are Optional But Valuable For This Role.
