Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for the Associate 2 position in the Canada Tax for Immigration team with subject matter expertise in immigration work. Working as Associate 2 in this team, your responsibilities will include: 

•Providing administrative support to immigration coordinators while performing a variety of administrative duties •e-file a large volume of documentation •Organizing and maintaining large number of files relating to Canadian immigration •Assist with the intake process and respond to inquiries •Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures •Maintain case management database •Conduct electronic data entry including billing and general client information in applicant tracking system •Operate and optimize immigration workflow tools •Collaborate within a global delivery model to ensure 24-hour case continuity and quality •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data insights and automation feedback.  •Work under the direct direction/supervision of lawyers in the immigration team in Canada.

Educational qualifications

•Minimum Master Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result.

Work experience

•Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 public firm. Experience in Canada and US  immigration  is an added advantage.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•1-2 years’ experience in Canadian immigration •Experience working on immigration applications

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Able to adapt quickly to use new technologies. •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment •Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and to work proactively with minimal instruction. •Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong attention to detail •Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel •INS Zoom knowledge is a plus •Digital fluency and openness to learning new platforms
