Education and / or Experience Recommended:
Bachelor s degree in IT or similar work experience
Broad IT knowledge
Experience in working in a global network organization
CCNP certificate in Routing & Switching / Datacenter (Advantage)

Knowledge and Practical experience in the Cisco ACI area within global environments, minimum working experience is 6 years
THE POSITION As Network Specialist you will work with architecture, planning, implementation, troubleshooting and issue resolution of existing and future network infrastructures to deliver best-in-class network performance.
The infrastructure includes network CISCO-ACI, LAN/WAN (switches, routers).
Data Center hands-on work (installation, configuration, commissioning and decommissioning)
Engineer, document and implement DC-LAN & WAN services
Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the infrastructure and IT global systems.
Advanced experience and understanding of dynamic routing (BGP and OSPF).
Working experience and understanding in some of the following technical areas
Networking Protocols/Services BGP, OSPF, IPsec, GRE, HSRP/VRRP, NAT/PAT, SNMP, MPLS, VoIP, SIP, VPLS, QoS, T1, DS3, Ethernet, and Cisco ACI.

Cisco ACI expertise, including:
Knowledge of ACI architectures, including single site, multi-pod, multi-site.
Knowledge of ACI components (Tenant, BD, VRF, APIC, L2out and L3out), Nexus DC technologies such as vPC, VXLAN).
Operational and troubleshooting experience in Cisco ACI
Functional level knowledge of implementing ACI using infrastructure as code and automation tools (Rest API, Ansible).

Able to work on weekends where most of the maintenance activities performed
Able to provide Hands and Feet support as required to rack and stack the devices.
Driver s license is mandatory for the role to travel inside the campuses "

To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
