Job Title: Associate Consultant - Coupa Managed Services

Business Unit: Managed Services (MS)
Service Line: Coupa
Location: Hyderabad

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Reporting To: Consultant or Manager

Geographical Support: US/UK/Across Geos

Work Timings: Flexible (Based on project/geographical requirements)

Role Summary:
The Junior Consultant for Coupa Managed Services will assist in delivering SaaS products, including Procure to Pay and SIM (Supplier Information Management). This role supports project teams and contributes to ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting project execution and contribute to service delivery activities.
• Help maintain communication with clients to understand their business needs.
• Support process improvements for effective delivery of Coupa Managed Services.
• Monitor metrics related to service delivery, focusing on SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure adherence to Coupa best practices.
• Support impact assessments for product releases, testing features, and gathering data for recommendations.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

• Experience in S2P/P2P SaaS Solution Application support.
• Basic hands-on experience with Coupa SIM and integrations.
• Ability to manage incidents and assist with integration of third-party applications.

Preferred Technical & Functional Skills:

• Familiarity with procurement products and ERP system integrations.

Key Behavioral Attributes:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work on different P2P/CLM technologies following support and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology from a reputable institute.
• Certifications in Coupa basics or ERP systems are a plus.

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience, with 1-3 years in supporting SaaS platforms like Coupa.

Additional Information:

• Interview process includes 1-2 technical/functional rounds.
• Travel requirements dependent on project needs.
