Associate Consultant - Customer Transformation - Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities • 3+ years of SPM, Incentive Compensation Implementation experience. • Experience in other Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation solutions such as CallidusOracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan. Experience on Varicent and Xactly is a plus. • 3+ years of ICM experience designing, developing and maintaining ICM models and reports with at least two full lifecycle implementations of a ICM model. • Experience in use of ICM modules (eg: Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, and Presenter). • Experience with building import (intra-model & query function) processes, workflow processes, calculation logic, reports and web forms. • Experience working with relational databases, dimensional databases, and programming concepts. Basic SQL query expertise. • Demonstrated ability to create requirement documents, technical specifications, unit test plans, estimation documents, road maps and architectural documents. • Ability to quickly dissect and fix issues in existing code and configurations • Ability to translate technical processes/terms for users who don’t have technical background. • Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes. • Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles. • Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. • Ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development is a plus. • Should be able to provide valuable insights to clients and help them make customer centric organization • Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables

Education / professional qualifications
MBA from a reputed college is preferred
Prior Experience: The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4
Experience & Background • 3+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinatedwork • Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients - both in offshore and onshore models • Experience of digital solutions and customer experience projects/programs. • Manage end-to-end delivery for projects • Extensive experience working with globalclients
