Overview:

As a Junior Azure Platform Engineer within the Advisory Tech team, you’ll support the delivery and maintenance of the KPMG Insight Platform (KIP) and related projects. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Azure knowledge, keen to grow their skills in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and automation within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in building and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure across KIP and Advisory Tech projects.
• Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines under guidance from senior engineers.
• Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to solution development.
• Document infrastructure components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Follow security and compliance best practices in Azure deployments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand requirements and support delivery.

Key Skills Required:

 

• Basic experience in Azure services,
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Introductory scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Interest in automation, cloud architecture, and secure-by-design principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn!
