Role Overview:

The Associate Consultant will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, chargeable hours, and project performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint for reporting and visualization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• KPI Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as chargeable hours, resource utilization, and project-level performance on monthly basis.
  • Conduct variance analysis between planned vs. actual hours and utilization.
• Data Analysis & Insights
  • Perform project-based analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare utilization and hours reports for management review.
• Advanced Excel Reporting
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel reports, dashboards, and templates.
  • Create and manage macros for automation and efficiency.
• Visualization & Presentation
  • Use Power BI to design interactive dashboards and visual reports.
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with reporting team, resourcing team and other business teams to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Support decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
• Other Requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/commerce
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages (added advantage).
