Associate Consultant - Workday HCM/Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities: Recruiting Functional Consultant

• Design, build and configure applications to meet the business process and application requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration.
• Experience with configuration and testing of Workday Recruiting module.
• Responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it for implementation
• Work directly with Onshore teams in defining the approach, migration of configuration data into Workday.
• Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of the respective business processes for design and configuration.
• Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional knowledge in Recruiting.

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday Recruiting Core Certification.

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum of 1 year of current hands-on in Workday Recruiting Area.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Good to have – Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
• Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes. 
• Understand and follow defined development standards and best practices.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Strong communication skills.
• Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
