Associate Director - Biz Trans Excellence

 Roles & responsibilities 
Collect, assess and review process data information across the Audit Technology organization 
Drive content collection and analysis for external facing Service Catalog, help position UI and UX interface requirements on how customers can consume the Service Catalog
Manage and operational maintenance of Service Catalog content to ensue continue improvements are applied to updates
Working with the Transformation Lead, to align to organization priorities to running IT as Business, and focusing on strategic and tactical areas accordingly
Regular coordination and meetings with Audit Tech stakeholders to ensure governance with centralized process are reviewed and assess for process implementation 
Help drive change management plans for key operational processes across the Audit Tech organization, to include communication plans, awareness session and training as applicable 
Assist with the holistic metrics and KPIs program, to address updates as applicable, and include net new measurement based on organizational changes

 This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
A bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, IT, business, or a related field, with MBA preferred. 
Certification: PMP or Scrum preferred
7 + years of business analysis and process experience at operational organizations level 
Experience in business management areas, to include process development and execution. Change Management experience preferred. 
Preferred:
Experience in business management areas, including process excellence and operationalization of service catalogs.
Experience with stakeholder management and dashboard/reporting for recharge programs.
Experience in developing Centers of Excellence for analytics tools
Power BI reporting development (desired).
